yo yo everyone. Sorry it has been forever, it is really hard to find time to communicate right now cause we've been so busy but I guess that is sorta the point of the trip. So since last time I wrote we have camped on the world's largest sand island, (Fraser) surrounded by dingos, seen rainbow beach (named that because there are 25 different colours of sand there) spent a knight in 1770, been to Airlie beach, sailed for 3 days through the whitsunday islands and hung out on one of the top 3 rated most beautiful beaches in the world (whitehaven beach), snorkled on the great barrier reef, spent a knight in townsville and have just today arrived in Cairns. All in like a week and a half and like 1000 k later, here we are. I has been incredible!! Sailing was unreal, the first night we all drank a bunch of goon, and played drinking games. The skipper and the deckhand (Jimmy and Eddy) were probly the drunkest of everyone. We all slept out on the deck and woke up to rain and wind and rocky seas. Half the ppl were sick off the side, a combination of seasickness and hungoverness. The choice was being freezing and soaking on the deck or seasick down below in the cabin. We were definitely starting to wonder why we paid a heap of money for this torture. We got to whitehaven beach and the sky cleared and the sun came out as if it was meant to be. It was the most beautiful beach I have ever seen in my entire life. It was paradise. Later that day we snorkled with our full body stinger suits on. It was amazing, so many different kinds of coral and one of the guys saw a 2m long shark, yikes. That's when I went in!! We say parrotfish, like living rainbows swimming by your face. SOO COOL!!!! The third day, the sun came out and it was everything we had hoped for and more. Beautiful. It's been good. So I will try to write more soon. MIss and love everyone xoxoxox

hi, we went to brisbane, it was sort of barely worth talking about. Not our favorite city at all. today we drove to Noussa heads and we are in love with it, I think even more than Byron. It's beautiful, rivers and the ocean, beautiful surf beaches and a national park you can walk around the headlands, full of koalas. We are staying with a wonderful woman named Karen who we met in Byron at our campground. She has already shown us amazing hospitality, she cooked us an amazing dinner and she made us home at her beautiful home, right on the water. It's like a palace to us after living in a van for 3 weeks. She has 2 sons and an italian exchange students. We will stay here a couple nights.we've had great luck this trip. love xoxo
